PCP Impact
Pentachlorophenol (PCP) has long been used as a fungicide in consumer articles made of leather. Over the past 10 years, a close relationship has been found between the use of preservatives containing Pentachlorophenol and the health of their users. The symptoms include headaches, abdominal pains, vomiting and damage to the central nervous system.
